St Leonards is located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, only 3 stops on the train from Sydney CBD which makes it a very appealing suburb to live in.

Parks and Activities
Just ten minutes from St Leonards station is a rock climbing centre (Climb Fit) with activities for both the kids and adults, there is also a gym on site.
St Leonards Parks
There are two parks at St Leonards:
- Gore Hill Park
- Newlands Park
Gore Hill Park
Located on Corner Reserve Road and Pacific Highway, this park has an Oval, outdoor fitness equipment, BBQ and picnic facilities as well as a pavilion with toilets and parking close by.
Located at the corner of Canberra Ave and Duntroon Avenue, this is a family friendly park with children’s play area and bike track as well as picnic and BBQ facilities. There is also an off-leash dog area and there is ample roadside parking.
Naremburn Park in Willoughby is very close by, as is St Leonards Park in North Sydney.

St Leonards is now home to the World’s First Breathing Wall!
Developed as part of the Mitchell Street Plaza upgrade to help improve local public spaces, to create a ‘statement’ and to ‘identify the character of St Leonards’ as well as providing an opportunity to improve air quality.
St Leonards business community is growing which is a good sign for the local property market. Council are actively encouraging small-medium business to set up in the area.
